3 Account Security

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus giving a balance of ৳2,000, and a total of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following terms apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is completed.
• If a bonus is cancelled after being claimed, all winnings earned from that bonus will be forfeited.
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period, minimum deposit, and wagering requirement — the specific terms of the applicable offer will be stated separately.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless separately permitted.
• nagad88 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if any sign of bonus system abuse is found.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

Weekly reload, slot festival bonus, cricket season offer, birthday reward, and referral bonus — the specific terms, validity period, and wagering requirements for each offer will be published separately on the promotions page. No benefit beyond the stated terms may be claimed.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the nagad88 platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Using any software tool, bot, or automated program to play, or attempting to alter game outcomes, is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server error, disconnection, or other technical reason, nagad88 may consider that round void and the wagered amount will be returned. Incorrect figures or inconsistent results displayed due to a technical error will not be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds published for sports betting are subject to change and will be settled according to the odds in effect at the time of placing the bet. 7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to breach or find vulnerabilities in the platform's security systems.

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of deposited funds, and legal action where necessary.

8 VIP Program and Cashback

nagad88 has four VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Cashback is calculated based on the week's net loss (total loss minus total winnings).

Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback. Cashback is credited directly to the account and has its own wagering requirement. Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the volume and consistency of play — specific turnover thresholds are published separately.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

12 Account Closure and Suspension

12.2 Closure at nagad88's Initiative

nagad88 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice due to a breach of these terms, evidence of fraud, suspicion of money laundering, or a legal obligation. In such cases, decisions regarding forfeited funds will be made in accordance with the applicable rules.

13 Limitation of Liability

15 Changes to Terms and Enforceability

The Bengali version of these terms is the primary text. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version will be considered applicable.
